AI Advisory Solution Architect

Role overview This is an advisory and solution architecture position focused on artificial intelligence, supporting sales motions for a new product line. The role combines technical design expertise with consultative engagement, helping prospective customers understand how AI capabilities can be applied to their business problems. It operates as a remote position based in the United States.

Responsibilities - Engage with prospective customers as a trusted technical advisor on AI-related opportunities - Translate customer business challenges into solution designs that leverage AI offerings - Partner with sales teams to shape deal strategy and advance opportunities to close - Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept guidance - Articulate the value, differentiation, and architecture of the AI platform to technical and executive audiences - Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions

Requirements - Background as a solution architect or pre-sales consultant supporting enterprise software sales - Working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and how they are applied in business contexts - Ability to lead technical conversations with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives - Comfort working in a flexible, remote environment within North American time zones

Nice to have - Experience advising customers on emerging or newly launched technology products - Familiarity with workflow, automation, or enterprise platform ecosystems
