Requirements - Native or fluent German, with strong working English for cross-team collaboration. - Professional software development background (APIs, web, data, scraping, or related tooling). - Comfortable writing long-form technical content and speaking to live audiences. - Existing footprint in developer communities, whether through open source, content, or events.
