Role overview
A strategic leadership and hands-on builder role defining the technical vision for next-generation go-to-market systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows. The position partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations to translate executive priorities into scalable enterprise architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise architecture for GTM systems and lead implementation of AI-powered workflows and agents - Architect and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, and platform capabilities - Drive scalable system design grounded in object-oriented programming and enterprise architecture best practices - Own integration strategy and delivery across the GTM stack using middleware, APIs, and webhooks - Leverage AI development tools to rapidly prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex solutions - Design enterprise data models and advanced scoring layers for propensity, ICP attribution, and complex lead and account scoring - Mentor GTM engineers and administrators, establishing standards for code reviews, sprint planning, documentation, testing, and deployment cycles
Requirements
- 7+ years in GTM engineering, business systems architecture, or a comparable advanced technical role - Expert-level Salesforce architecture experience, including complex data modeling, API integrations, advanced automation, and security frameworks - Proven leadership of multi-platform GTM technical projects spanning integrations, middleware, and APIs - Deep expertise in object-oriented programming using Apex, Python, or JavaScript, along with modular design principles - Hands-on experience designing or configuring advanced AI solutions for revenue workflows - Strong strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous executive requirements into technical blueprints - Excellent technical communication and documentation skills, with a track record of driving system adoption
Nice to have
- Salesforce Architect certifications and deep expertise in Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud - Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, tool calling, or related AI techniques - CI/CD implementation using Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, or similar tools - Familiarity with GTM platforms such as Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari, plus signal-based selling and propensity modeling at enterprise scale
Benefits and work setup
- Estimated total compensation range of $200,000 to $220,000 including base plus bonus, with potential eligibility for equity - Competitive health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement - Hybrid model requiring onsite presence 1-2 days per week within 75 miles of designated offices; fully remote for those outside that radius
