Front End Developer

Role overview

A front-end engineering role on a B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to help security and revenue teams complete vendor security questionnaires in hours rather than weeks. The position centers on turning complex compliance workflows into clean, accessible interfaces that non-technical users can trust and finish in minutes. Responsibilities

- Build and ship product UI using Next.js with the App Router, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS - Own the design system end to end, including components, tokens, accessibility standards, and consistency across the app and marketing site - Translate Figma mockups and wireframes into responsive, fast, accessible interfaces - Improve product UX by synthesizing user feedback, support tickets, and usage analytics - Tune Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and server-side rendering decisions for performance - Partner with senior engineering on data shapes, API design, and product trade-offs - Maintain the marketing site, including landing pages, blog content, and SEO surfaces

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional front-end engineering experience - Strong production React skills, including hooks, state management, and performance tuning - Confident TypeScript, including reading and writing complex types - Hands-on experience with at least one modern React framework such as Next.js or Remix - High-level CSS ability across Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, or vanilla approaches - Demonstrated accessibility focus, with WCAG 2.1 AA as a minimum bar - Track record of optimizing LCP, CLS, and INP in real products - Experience with the Next.js App Router, React Server Components, and streaming - Familiarity with shadcn/ui or similar unstyled component patterns - Comfort with light backend work, including API routes, server actions, and database queries - A personal portfolio showing polished UI work - Prior B2B SaaS experience and a clear grasp of how business UX differs from consumer UX

- Experience contributing to or governing a shared design system across product and marketing surfaces - Comfort working alongside designers to evolve component patterns and visual standards over time
