Security Analyst

Role overview Provide human review and judgment at key points in an automated security assessment and remediation service for healthcare organizations. You’ll assess proposed scans before they run, evaluate findings and suggested fixes, and help customers understand and act on important results.

Responsibilities - Review scan scope and proposed budgets, considering relevant details of each customer’s environment before execution. - Triage automated findings, distinguish actionable risks from less significant results, and write clear explanations for customers. - Inspect remediation pull requests and verify that proposed changes match their descriptions before approval. - Turn review outcomes into improved rules, tests, or detections. - Help customers navigate their first significant findings and coordinate with researchers and engineers to resolve questions.

Requirements - Hands-on security triage experience in an operations role or consultancy, with responsibility for assessment decisions. - Ability to read code changes and judge whether they do what is intended. - Clear, calm, precise writing, especially when communicating with people under pressure. - Willingness to learn how healthcare organizations operate.

Nice to have - Experience working in healthcare.
