Senior Product Manager

Role overview A senior product role owning a flagship media-asset platform used by major sports organizations, from ingest and storage through AI enrichment and downstream publishing. The position combines direct customer discovery with roadmap ownership, working closely with engineering, sales, and customer-success teams to shape how rights holders unlock value from decades of footage and live content.

Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product direction for the core asset platform, including ingest, storage, metadata, search, rights, and AI enrichment. - Lead discovery through customer conversations, on-site visits at events, and collaboration with sales and customer success. - Identify and prioritise opportunities around licensing, resale, sponsor activations, and archive monetisation. - Push AI capabilities beyond tagging into workflow-level features that change how media teams work. - Translate ambiguous customer pain into prioritised bets and ship them with engineering.

Requirements - Five or more years building software products, with some experience in a small team where scope was personally owned. - Technical depth across storage, ingest, integrations, and models; comfortable debating trade-offs with senior engineers. - Strong product judgement and discovery skills, able to surface the real problem behind customer requests. - AI-first working style: using AI for research, specs, prototypes, and analysis, and embedding it in shipped features. - Genuine curiosity for sports media, rights, broadcast workflows, and archives.

Nice to have - Background in broadcast, media operations, customer success, or solutions engineering, even without a PM title.
