Role overview

A senior product manager role embedded on a feature team for a free-to-play mobile game. The position owns the full feature lifecycle from specification through launch, advocates for the player experience, and uses data to drive ongoing strategy and improvements.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with a feature team to shape the development roadmap, vision, and strategy - Oversee the feature lifecycle from spec writing through launch, including release analysis and quality reporting - Champion the player perspective in every decision, addressing player issues and identifying experience improvements - Analyze game and market metrics to surface actionable insights and recommendations, and set measurable objectives - Communicate proactively across cross-functional pods and senior leadership to ensure alignment and unblock work

Requirements

- Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility on a free-to-play mobile game - Demonstrated success managing complex monetization and engagement systems, plus deep content development experience - Data-native mindset with the ability to translate raw performance metrics into strategic insights and plans - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision - Strong player empathy and experience working with user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels - Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods including creative, design, and engineering
