Role overview A mobile game studio is hiring a Producer to join one of its feature pods on a major live mobile title that has become one of the largest launches in mobile gaming history. The Producer will drive end-to-end feature development while supporting live operations, partnering closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver polished, player-facing experiences. The position is offered on a hybrid basis or fully remote within the US or Canada.
Responsibilities - Support live game incidents, including on-call hours and rapid response to player-facing issues - Own the end-to-end development pipeline and process for the assigned feature pod - Coordinate, prioritize, and control all production activities to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery - Reinforce Agile/Scrum practices and help the pod embrace iterative, collaborative ways of working - Liaise across departments to align dependencies, schedules, and shared goals - Establish clear, efficient communication protocols and lead ongoing process improvements
Requirements - Prior experience in mobile game production - Ability to adapt quickly and complete tasks under shifting priorities - Skilled at facilitating cross-team discussion, organization, and planning - Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to translate complex situations to varied audiences - Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full software development lifecycle - Self-motivation, initiative, and a genuine passion for crafting top-quality games
