About this role
Role overview Take ownership of a mature consumer product that helps families and friends turn digital messages into physical letters delivered to recruits during military training. The Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the product, partnering across engineering, design, marketing, customer support, operations, finance, and fulfillment to improve experience and drive growth.
Responsibilities - Own product strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the Letters product - Build deep understanding of customers, their behaviors, needs, pain points, and motivations - Use product data, customer feedback, research, and business performance to identify opportunities and prioritize work - Define product requirements, success criteria, and KPIs for new features, improvements, and experiments - Partner with engineering and design through discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration - Drive planning across engineering, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, and fulfillment; build business cases for product investments
Requirements - 3+ years of product management experience - Experience managing consumer-facing mobile and web products - Experience with product analytics and experimentation platforms - Experience conducting or partnering on customer research and usability testing - Strong understanding of product discovery and modern product development practices - Experience defining and monitoring product KPIs
Nice to have - Experience with e-commerce, payments, subscriptions, or transactional consumer products - Experience with operational or fulfillment-dependent products, including digital-to-physical workflows - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies - Startup or rapidly evolving product environment experience - Background building products for military members, veterans, or military families, or familiarity with the recruit/basic training journey
