Senior Product Designer

Role overview Contribute to an emerging AI agentic platform as a Senior Product Designer embedded in a central design organization. The role shapes how technical users build, evaluate, and trust AI agents across command-line, web, console, onboarding, and documentation surfaces, in a category that is brand new and fast-moving.

Responsibilities - Partner with product and engineering to set product direction, frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunities and design hypotheses, and break complex efforts into executable units of work. - Prototype in code alongside engineers so technical constraints inform design choices and accelerate decisions. - Own visual and interaction design across every surface, evolving a style guide and design system and contributing reusable patterns for the broader product family. - Run user research, workshops, usability studies, and product analytics analyses, turning dense information into clarifying visualizations for varied user archetypes. - Collaborate across business units and go-to-market teams, with occasional travel for in-person work.

Requirements - Around six or more years designing interfaces for complex technical domains such as developer tools, enterprise software, security, infrastructure, or AI, with strong visual and interaction craft. - Working knowledge of AI and agentic products and the ability to make intricate technical workflows understandable without oversimplifying. - Fluency with Figma and modern AI design tools, plus comfort prototyping in code and reasoning with engineers about technical constraints. - Hands-on user research experience, including usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys, paired with product sense that ties user needs to business and technical outcomes. - Track record of designing for early-stage products in fast, ambiguous, high-autonomy environments, with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Nice to have - Experience designing developer tools, command-line experiences, or open-source products. - Familiarity with emerging machine learning workflows or agentic frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
