About this role
Role overview Technical Program Manager embedded within an Enterprise Security organization, driving strategic cross-functional security initiatives. The role partners with product security, platform security, detection and response, compliance, and engineering to keep programs on schedule while scaling program-management practices through AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities - Provide technical project and program management for high-impact, cross-functional Security projects, reporting on execution and progress. - Provide operational support to engineering leads to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of projects and key initiatives. - Work closely with stakeholders to scope cross-functional projects, identify risks, and deliver on time. - Communicate the current status of enterprise security and compliance initiatives to technical and non-technical audiences. - Support teams in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs. - Assist with security audit efforts to reduce risk and satisfy compliance frameworks, and help improve measurable KPIs and surrounding processes.

Requirements - 1-3+ years of relevant program or project management experience in technical or security-adjacent environments. - Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business audiences. - Familiarity with security, compliance, or engineering workflows, including audit cycles and KPI tracking.
