Sr. Regional Web Product Manager

Role overview Senior individual contributor role owning the strategy, roadmap, and performance of multiple regional websites across Mexico, Canada, and EMEA, with additional locales added as the company expands. The position tailors each region's web experience to how local buyers research, evaluate, and purchase, and acts as the cross-functional owner who defines the operating model other teams adopt when publishing internationally.

Responsibilities - Set the overall strategy and quarterly roadmap for regional sites, defining what each market needs in language, structure, and buyer-journey flow. - Partner with Regional, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, and Web Engineering teams to ship region-specific experiences. - Lead experimentation and measurement programs that demonstrate impact on regional pipeline, conversion, and engagement. - Serve as the cross-vertical owner for surface areas that span multiple teams, smoothing seams that affect the regional path-to-purchase. - Establish the publishing playbook and operating model adopted by other teams when launching in new international markets. - Translate regional go-to-market priorities into prioritized web investments aligned with broader company expansion plans.

Requirements - Several years of product management experience owning a customer-facing web surface with measurable business outcomes. - Demonstrated success partnering across Brand, Marketing, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to ship roadmap items end to end. - Strong command of experimentation, analytics, and the ability to translate data into narrative for senior stakeholders. - Experience tailoring experiences for distinct international markets, including localization, regulatory, or buyer-behavior nuances. - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across multiple teams. - Comfort operating as an individual contributor who still sets direction for adjacent teams.
