Senior AI Data & Analytics Engineer II

Role overview Own and evolve the data foundation that supports marketing, sales, and research analytics, automation, and AI-enabled products. This senior engineering role combines hands-on pipeline and data-model development with roadmap planning, cross-team delivery, and technical mentorship.

Responsibilities - Help set a multi-quarter strategy for data and AI capabilities in marketing and related functions. - Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, Databricks Gold Layer tables, and core models for segmentation, targeting, automation, and analytics. - Create semantic models, data dictionaries, and documentation that support trusted self-service and conversational analytics. - Turn open-ended business questions into requirements and scalable solutions; lead initiatives across teams and manage delivery risks. - Set engineering standards, review code, improve reliability and data quality, and mentor engineers and analysts. - Develop AI-enabled data products and agents, including integrations, retrieval pipelines, evaluation practices, and workflow automation.

Requirements - Strong experience engineering data pipelines and models, including hands-on Python and SQL work. - Ability to design reliable, well-governed data products for analytics and business workflows. - Experience translating ambiguous needs into technical plans and delivering complex work across teams. - Sound judgment in code review, quality, and reliability, with the ability to guide other technical contributors. - Familiarity with building or evaluating AI-enabled products and automation; able to verify generated code and outputs.
