Responsibilities - Interact with an AI assistant in Gujarati by translating supplied prompts from English into the target language. - Assess the quality of AI-generated responses against defined project guidelines and rubrics. - Judge localization quality, including linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness. - Apply structured evaluation criteria consistently and document feedback in the required format. - Deliver objective assessments that help refine next-generation AI systems for Gujarati-speaking users.

Requirements - Native-level fluency in Gujarati, with strong command of grammar, spelling, idiomatic usage, and cultural context. - Solid working proficiency in English to translate prompts accurately into Gujarati. - Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a closely related field, plus at least one year of relevant professional experience; alternatively, a minimum of five years of professional experience in language-focused work. - Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed written guidelines. - Capacity to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide consistent, unbiased quality judgments. - Access to at least one personal device running iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS, plus a reliable internet connection for remote work.
