About this role
Role overview A senior product leader in the online gaming and sports betting space, responsible for taking initiatives from problem discovery through to measurable impact, owning stakeholder alignment and the product roadmap. The role operates within a fast-paced, highly regulated, multi-market environment and requires strong analytics, a data-driven mindset, and awareness of licensing and responsible gaming considerations.
Responsibilities - Lead discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact problems, translating ambiguous inputs into clear problem statements. - Drive alignment with stakeholders across the business, balancing competing needs and communicating roadmap direction and outcomes transparently. - Shape validated problems into well-defined epics with clear context, value hypotheses, success metrics, and high-level solution direction. - Own and continuously refine the product roadmap, prioritizing based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance. - Define and measure success metrics, evaluate delivered initiatives against expected outcomes, and feed learnings back into planning. - Factor regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, and responsible gaming principles into product strategy and feature design.
Requirements - Significant senior product management experience owning end-to-end product initiatives in a data-driven environment. - Strong analytics skills with experience leveraging analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and player or user behavior data. - Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders, drive prioritization decisions, and communicate tradeoffs and outcomes. - Familiarity with agile delivery and working closely with Design, Data, and Engineering teams. - Understanding of regulatory landscapes and ability to incorporate compliance and market-specific considerations into product decisions.
Nice to have - Experience shaping personalization, player engagement, and retention initiatives in collaboration with CRM, Marketing, and Data teams.
