Senior Product Manager, Attorney Experience

Role overview

This Senior Product Manager role owns the end-to-end delivery of a Legal Platform that enables attorneys to deliver services through an on-demand marketplace. The mission centers on bringing currently off-platform legal work into streamlined, on-platform experiences through web conferencing, privileged workspaces, and secure collaboration tools, while advancing agentic AI capabilities for legal practitioners.

Responsibilities

- Drive product strategy and execution for the Legal Platform, from ideation through launch - Develop deep understanding of attorney needs through quantitative and qualitative research - Champion the voice of attorney customers while building products aligned with the broader product vision - Define and analyze metrics to measure business impact and prioritize features using data-driven analysis - Develop and deliver a roadmap for Legal Platform capabilities, including reporting on direct revenue implications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Design, UX, Engineering, QA, and Content - Build understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment to inform product decisions

Requirements

- 8-10 years of software product development experience, ideally with B2B or B2C SaaS products - At least 4 years in SaaS-specific product management (productivity, project management, collaboration, or workflow tools) - Ability to combine strong product sense with business acumen to deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business - Passionate about making legal services accessible - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and an ownership mentality - Bias for action, self-awareness, and a growth mindset

Nice to have

- Experience building or launching products that leverage agentic AI systems - Experience in the legal technology industry
