UX/UI Designer

Role overview Design thoughtful, production-ready digital experiences across a portfolio of client engagements in an applied AI environment. This UX/UI Designer partners with client product teams and internal engineers to translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive interfaces, working across the full design lifecycle from early exploration through polished delivery. Responsibilities - Design end-to-end UX/UI deliverables, from early exploration and concepting through high-fidelity execution. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs that balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints. - Build, evolve, and maintain design systems that support consistency, scalability, and flexibility across products. - Conduct UX research, including usability testing and user interviews, to inform design decisions. - Use Figma confidently for design, prototyping, documentation, and collaboration, and bring an AI-forward mindset using tools like Figma AI and Claude to raise craft and efficiency. - Collaborate closely with engineers, strategists, delivery leads, and client product teams, participating in agile workflows across multiple projects and industries.

Requirements - 2+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer working on digital products or platforms. - Strong hands-on design skills with deep proficiency in Figma. - Experience building and maintaining design systems in real-world product environments. - Working knowledge of UX research methods, including usability testing and user interviews. - Experience working directly with clients or cross-functional product teams. - A collaborative mindset with comfort giving and receiving design feedback, plus curiosity about AI-assisted design tools.

Nice to have - Motion design, advanced prototyping tools, front-end fundamentals, or workshop facilitation experience. - Ability to adapt design approaches across different industries, users, and problem spaces.
