Role overview
This is a senior product leadership position within an applied AI engineering organization that designs and ships AI co-workers for enterprise operations. The role combines hands-on product ownership of major client engagements with strategic advisory work at the executive level. The focus is on translating complex enterprise problems into well-defined AI-enabled products that move reliably from discovery into production.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy for major enterprise client engagements, anchored to measurable business outcomes - Own the end-to-end product roadmap, balancing business value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines - Lead discovery and problem-framing sessions with senior client stakeholders before solutions are designed - Set product success metrics and use data to evaluate impact and inform priorities after launch - Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, delivery, and strategy teams - Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, research synthesis, and documentation - Mentor mid-level and senior product managers on product thinking, client engagement, and delivery discipline
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a strong consultative background - Demonstrated ability to set strategy and vision for complex digital engagements - Deep experience leading discovery, roadmapping, and delivery across multi-stakeholder environments - Strong executive communication and client advisory skills - Track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority - Proficiency with discovery, roadmapping, and delivery tools such as Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, and Miro - Practical experience applying AI tools such as Claude to product discovery and documentation

- Consulting or professional services experience - Exposure to AI/ML product development or data platforms
