Role overview
Support clients in getting practical value from workforce and labor-market data through analysis, product expertise, and clear communication. This intermediate, remote-friendly role sits between data analysis, client success, onboarding, ongoing account support, and prospective-customer engagement. You will explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences and act as a trusted point of contact for data-related questions.
Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights for clients during onboarding, ongoing engagement, and day-to-day support. - Answer questions about datasets, metrics, and product capabilities, translating technical concepts into clear explanations. - Work with client-facing stakeholders to understand needs and help customers use the product effectively. - Support prospective clients and trials in partnership with the Sales team. - Serve as a subject-matter resource on workforce, human-capital, or related financial data. - Create or support clear visual presentations of findings for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience delivering data-driven insights or analysis in a client-facing setting. - Proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis and automation. - Experience with a cloud data platform such as Snowflake, AWS, or GCP. - Strong data-visualization skills and the ability to present conclusions clearly. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to explain complex concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
