Role overview
Work as a certified Salesforce Consultant delivering tailored CRM solutions for a range of clients and business units. The role combines requirements gathering, platform configuration, client advisory, issue resolution, and user enablement in a fully remote setup based in South Africa.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions. - Gather, analyse, and document requirements before designing fit-for-purpose configurations and processes. - Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related functionality to support customer and operational objectives. - Advise clients on Salesforce implementation, optimisation, and platform best practices. - Serve as a primary client contact, helping maintain clear communication and a positive delivery experience. - Troubleshoot platform issues, protect system integrity, and provide training and ongoing support to end users.
Requirements
- Salesforce Consultant certification is required. - Salesforce Administrator certification is required. - Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are required. - At least one technical Salesforce certification, such as Platform Developer, is required. - Ability to work in a client-facing consulting role and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
