This Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant role involves guiding Salesforce projects from discovery through solution delivery and implementation. Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with clients, ensuring business needs and constraints are thoroughly understood. - Document requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce functional solutions. - Estimate the effort required for proposed solutions and oversee delivery and implementation. - Engage with client, delivery, and other stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain clear communication, transparency, and alignment from early discovery through completion.
Requirements
- ADM201 certification is required. - A Salesforce Consultant certification is required. - Experience leading Salesforce functional consulting engagements. - Strong workshop facilitation, requirements analysis, estimation, and stakeholder-management skills.
