Enterprise Solutions Engineer - East Coast

Role overview Join a venture-backed AI startup as a senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer covering the East Coast territory. This customer-facing technical role partners with Account Executives to drive complex enterprise sales cycles for an autonomous AI platform built to investigate and remediate production system issues end-to-end. You'll act as the trusted technical advisor across discovery, evaluation, and deployment, helping shape how the platform lands inside cloud-native engineering organizations.

Responsibilities - Co-lead enterprise sales cycles alongside Account Executives, serving as the technical lead from discovery through proof-of-concept and close - Run product demonstrations and technical evaluations, translating customer infrastructure challenges into concrete platform solutions - Build lasting relationships with customer engineering and operations stakeholders, ensuring technical success across pilots and deployments - Relay structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap decisions and sharpening technical messaging - Maintain reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools to support a scalable go-to-market motion

Requirements - 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role within enterprise SaaS, DevOps, or AI - Track record of leading consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices in cloud-native environments - Comfort with infrastructure automation and security/compliance best practices - Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both engineers and executives - Self-starter orientation suited to fast-paced, early-stage environments
