About this role

Role overview

Build polished product experiences for technical users while working across product thinking, user experience, frontend implementation, backend systems, and delivery. You will own features end to end—from understanding customer problems and shaping the interaction to implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration—with particular attention to clarity, speed, accessibility, reliability, and visual quality.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement high-quality web product experiences using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies. - Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and trustworthy user experiences. - Own features through discovery, UX decisions, coding, instrumentation, launch, and subsequent improvement. - Build debugging and observability experiences that help users understand email, webhook, domain, and API activity. - Work closely with design, engineering, and customer-facing partners to identify user problems and ship effective solutions. - Speak with users and incorporate customer insight into product decisions. - Help improve standards for product craft, performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience.

Requirements

- At least 6 years of experience building and shipping high-quality web products. - Fluent written and spoken English. - Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development. - Comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, databases, server-side logic, and product infrastructure. - Strong attention to UX details, interaction quality, and product polish. - Able to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear, shippable solutions. - Hands-on, action-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with open-ended problems.

Nice to have

- Experience building products for developers, infrastructure teams, or other technical users. - Familiarity with email, deliverability, DNS, webhooks, logs, observability, or API platforms. - Strong visual judgment and experience building interfaces that feel fast and simple. - Experience working in a small, high-ownership team.

Benefits and work setup

- Fully remote work aligned with European or American time zones. - Flexible working schedules and autonomy over execution. - Occasional travel for team offsites, conferences, or meetups. - Compensation of $150,000–$170,000 USD, depending on experience.
