Role overview
Review and improve AI-generated corporate deliverables, including presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs. The work combines visual quality assessment with hands-on refinement, helping establish what polished, client-ready knowledge work should look like. This is a fully remote independent-contractor engagement with flexible scheduling and an expected commitment of approximately 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Compare multiple AI-generated versions of the same business deliverable. - Assess layout, spacing, typography, color, balance, density, realism, and overall polish. - Select the strongest version and revise it to a professional reference standard. - Identify specific visual issues, such as inconsistent alignment, uneven component sizing, weak grouping, or excessive empty space. - Explain design judgments clearly and connect feedback to observable evidence in the deliverable. - Apply practical judgment to materials resembling corporate, consulting, finance, or internal business communication.
Requirements
- Professional experience in design, marketing communications, corporate knowledge work, consulting, investment banking, agency work, or a related field. - A highly developed eye for layout details and presentation quality. - Strong opinions about effective business communication design, supported by clear written reasoning. - Ability to evaluate both the content presentation and the visual execution of a deliverable. - Availability for roughly 15 hours per week and ability to work independently. - Successful completion of a calibration assessment focused on layout and spacing judgment.
