Responsibilities - Deliver warm, knowledgeable service across email, text, and chat channels, helping shoppers find the right product while acting as a stylist, advisor, and personal assistant as needed - Resolve order-related questions by applying shipping, fulfillment, and returns policies accurately and efficiently - Meet and exceed individual performance and case volume goals in a productive, focused work style - Share customer insights and product feedback with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, operations, and product development - Build loyal, repeat relationships through a customer-first mindset and consistent follow-through - Stay flexible to support evenings, weekends, and holidays during seasonal peaks
