Principal AI Researcher

Role overview Lead frontier AI research that supports biomedical discovery, from early exploration through drug design and translation. The work spans large-scale data and cross-functional research, with the aim of turning complex biological evidence into practical advances in medicine.

Responsibilities - Advance research and applications in AI-powered drug discovery across discovery, design, and translation. - Work with scientists, engineers, and drug discovery specialists on complex, large-scale research problems. - Help connect computational models and biomedical data to real-world discovery and clinical applications. - Communicate research ideas, findings, and implications clearly across technical and scientific disciplines.

Requirements - A PhD in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or equivalent practical experience. - At least 10 years of experience in frontier AI research. - Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional AI projects. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interest in applying research to real-world problems and impact. - Willingness to learn biomedical science and drug discovery; direct experience in these fields is helpful.
