Role overview
Lead the development of a B2B SaaS platform from opportunity discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. This senior product role combines customer research, commercial judgment, technical collaboration, and cross-functional leadership, with substantial autonomy to turn complex problems into measurable outcomes. The position is remote within the UK and reports to the product leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Set product direction and priorities by combining business goals, customer insight, market context, data, stakeholder needs, and technical considerations. - Define customer problems and desired experiences clearly before selecting solutions, creating shared context for design and engineering partners. - Own initiatives across discovery, planning, delivery, rollout, measurement, and iteration while managing scope and practical trade-offs. - Balance user experience, commercial value, customer needs, and technical constraints, then communicate decisions and compromises clearly. - Build relationships with external technology partners, shaping integration opportunities, roadmaps, and the product and commercial work required for launch. - Coordinate releases and adoption across teams such as sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, and legal so customers can realise value.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience owning B2B SaaS products end to end, including delivery, adoption, and measurable customer or business outcomes. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous situations, identify root causes, and make evidence-based decisions. - Independence and initiative when gathering customer, stakeholder, market, data, and technical context. - Commercial awareness and curiosity about how different parts of a business operate and compete for priority. - Technical fluency sufficient to discuss systems, integrations, constraints, scope, and solution options effectively with engineers. - Excellent communication and influencing skills across customers, leadership, engineering, design, and operational teams.
