Requirements

- Demonstrated experience owning B2B SaaS products end to end, including delivery, adoption, and measurable customer or business outcomes. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous situations, identify root causes, and make evidence-based decisions. - Independence and initiative when gathering customer, stakeholder, market, data, and technical context. - Commercial awareness and curiosity about how different parts of a business operate and compete for priority. - Technical fluency sufficient to discuss systems, integrations, constraints, scope, and solution options effectively with engineers. - Excellent communication and influencing skills across customers, leadership, engineering, design, and operational teams.

Nice to have

- Experience working directly with technology partners on integrations or shared product opportunities. - A strong product and user-experience sensibility, focused on the quality and coherence of the complete customer journey.

Benefits and work setup
