About this role
Role overview A temporary, full-time remote position (approximately six months, ~40 hours/week) supporting the internal business-systems stack of a K-12 school safety software organization. The role acts as a subject-matter expert across Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, and Conga, designing integrated processes and providing day-to-day administration, reporting, and process improvement.
Responsibilities - Respond to, research, and resolve issues across Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and supporting platforms such as Outreach, Gainsight, and Conga. - Perform system administration tasks including user, profile, role, and permission management. - Build reports, dashboards, and data loads for departmental subject-matter experts. - Document and design solutions for new or existing business needs in partnership with cross-departmental leaders. - Connect business leaders to data, key measurables, and analytics that inform their decisions. - Support quality assurance and testing of new system deployments, and help identify features that increase adoption and automation.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent to 3-5 years of relevant experience. - 3+ years of professional experience supporting internal business systems. - Active Salesforce certification. - Administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, Conga, Gainsight, or Clari. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with close attention to detail. - Proficient Microsoft Office user with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have - Knowledge of Accounting & Billing systems. - K-12 SaaS industry experience.
