Full-Stack Developer (Next.js & Node.js)

Role overview This role centers on building the web experiences that wrap around a suite of automation products, including marketing sites, customer portals, admin panels, and custom CRM systems. The work is TypeScript across the full stack, delivered in weekly increments, with code structured so client teams can own and extend it after handover.

Responsibilities - Design and ship features end to end, spanning the user interface, API layer, and database. - Break down loose briefs into a clear, minimal first release that delivers real value. - Write readable, well-structured code that other developers, including those on the client side, can maintain over time. - Carry out code reviews, improve performance, and keep accessibility and security in mind. - Demo completed work to clients each week and incorporate their feedback into the next iteration.

Requirements - Track record of shipping production web applications with React and Node.js. - Working knowledge of TypeScript, a SQL or document database, and REST API design. - Care for UX details such as loading states, error messages, and responsive layouts. - Comfort working independently with clear written communication.

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with authentication flows, role-based access, and file upload pipelines.
