Grupo QuintoAndar | Security Engineer - Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)

Role overview A senior technical lead role running the Cyber Threat Intelligence function for a large Latin American real estate technology ecosystem. The position blends hands-on intelligence production with program leadership and a clear regional focus on threat and fraud actors across Brazil and Latin America.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain the organization's CTI doctrine, frameworks, and operating standards. - Produce strategic, tactical, and operational intelligence products for audiences ranging from analysts to executives. - Run the full intelligence cycle: collection, analysis, processing, and dissemination. - Manage regional threat intelligence vendor relationships and technical integrations. - Lead OSINT collection efforts while maintaining disciplined OPSEC in groups and forums. - Own and evolve the brand protection program alongside strategic partners and internal teams. - Translate regional fraud and threat insights into detection rules and security control improvements.

Requirements - Proven background in cyber threat intelligence, malware analysis, or security research. - Strong applied knowledge of frameworks such as Diamond Model, Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK. - Ability to correlate threat data from multiple sources to identify actors, trends, and campaigns. - Fluent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus. - Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading CTI and defense teams.
