Role overview A client-facing operations role supporting the full scope of a Client Relations department, with a primary focus on new dealer agreements, submissions, and partnership with Client Relations Managers. The position acts as the day-to-day go-to resource for sales-related questions, issues, and direction, ensuring client success through professional, enthusiastic support.
Responsibilities - Support all functions within the Client Relations department with a primary focus on new dealer agreements and submissions. - Provide direct support to Client Relations Managers and serve as the go-to person for concerns, issues, and direction pertaining to sales. - Coordinate across the broader organization to ensure client success while maintaining company philosophies and principles. - Handle inbound questions and routing related to dealer onboarding, agreement processing, and ongoing sales support needs. - Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in client interactions, reflecting company standards.
Requirements - Self-motivator with an initiative-taking mindset and a solution-oriented approach. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, driven by integrity and willingness to embrace change. - Ability to frequently sit for long periods and to walk, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. - Visual acuity sufficient for close vision, color vision, distance vision, and adjusting focus. - Manual dexterity to grasp objects such as a telephone or mouse, and finger dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment. - Ability to hear and talk in person and by phone, and to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Benefits and work setup Targeted compensation of $20.00 to $23.44 per hour, with actual salaries varying by location, skills, and experience, plus additional annual incentive opportunities based on individual and company performance.
