Role overview A remote-first opportunity for a technical account manager to own the ongoing technical success of a reseller and partner portfolio serving financial institution customers. The role blends customer-facing communication, project management rigor, and technical curiosity, working across account, implementation, support, product, and engineering teams. It is suited to someone who enjoys translating technical detail into clear next steps for customers and partners.
Responsibilities - Own the technical operating rhythm across a portfolio of accounts, keeping work scoped and on track - Partner with account executives to define, scope, and track customer projects and future opportunities - Coordinate across partner teams, financial institution customers, and internal teams so ownership, risks, and timelines stay clear - Build reusable enablement materials including welcome packets, onboarding templates, one-pagers, and support guides - Identify recurring integration and support patterns and turn them into durable process or documentation improvements - Run customer status calls and internal planning conversations with clear action and decision trails - Escalate technical, scope, and timeline risks early with evidence and recommended paths forward
Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for understanding and explaining customer issues - Experience in technical account management, implementation management, solutions consulting, professional services, or customer success engineering - Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple accounts or workstreams - Operational rigor keeping owners, timelines, risks, and decisions documented cleanly - Curiosity about partner and customer businesses beyond individual tickets - Comfort with the technical nuts and bolts of software integrations
Nice to have - Fintech, financial institution, embedded finance, or other regulated-customer experience - Working familiarity with APIs, JSON, webhooks, Postman or curl, SQL, and observability tooling - Experience with planning and automation platforms such as Pylon and Linear - Some background writing or reviewing code and producing technical documentation
