Solutions Architect, Creditors Rights (Remote)

Role overview Solutions Architect focused on the creditors rights segment, serving as the technical and operational bridge between a legal technology platform and collections law firms, debt buyers, and creditor clients. The role spans pre-sales discovery through full implementation, building deep expertise in service of process and e-filing rules as they apply to debt collection litigation. It is a high-visibility position at the center of a rapidly expanding practice area.

Responsibilities - Partner with account executives on discovery calls, demos, RFP responses, and proposals tailored to collections law firms, debt buyers, and creditor legal departments. - Map prospect portfolios to platform capabilities, covering filing and service volume, jurisdictional rules, portfolio mix, post-judgment enforcement needs, and reporting requirements. - Design service, e-filing, and data-exchange solutions with pricing inputs, SLAs, and operational assumptions that delivery teams can execute against. - Project manage end-to-end implementations: requirements gathering, data mapping, integration setup, pilot, QA, go-live, and structured handoff to client services. - Coordinate cross-functional work across sales, service delivery, product, engineering, compliance, and third-party vendors while holding the timeline. - Define and track implementation success metrics such as time to first filing, first-attempt service rate, affidavit turnaround, and data accuracy. - Build and maintain subject-matter expertise on state and county service and e-filing rules, contributing roadmap input to product and service leaders.

Requirements - Seven or more years in a solutions architect, solutions consultant, implementation lead, or comparable client-facing role. - Direct experience inside the creditors rights or collections industry, whether at a collections law firm, debt buyer, creditor, legal process vendor, or collections technology provider. - Working knowledge of high-volume collections litigation workflows from suit filing through service, judgment, and post-judgment enforcement. - Hands-on experience with data integrations and file-based data exchange, comfortable reading API documentation and file specifications. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations and hold cross-functional teams accountable. - Strong communication skills with the range to engage managing partners, operations directors, and IT leads in the same conversation; ability to travel onsite as needed.

Nice to have - Familiarity with collections case management systems such as Clio or Filevine, prior work with service of process or e-filing vendors, experience with compliance and audit requirements common to creditor and debt-buyer clients, or background developing solutions inside a two-sided marketplace.
