Role overview An AI research platform is recruiting advanced Dutch speakers to contribute to the training and evaluation of frontier language models. Participants work remotely as self-employed contributors, completing short paid tasks that help researchers improve Dutch-language AI capabilities. Responsibilities - Complete AI training assignments that involve reading, analyzing, editing, and writing Dutch-language content - Evaluate how well AI systems handle Dutch prompts and provide structured feedback on output quality - Identify errors, stylistic issues, and factual inaccuracies in model responses - Contribute annotations and ratings that shape the next generation of Dutch-capable models

Requirements - Advanced, verifiable fluency in Dutch, with demonstrable professional or academic experience using the language - Willingness to take a skills verification test before joining the participant pool - Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex tasks for up to one hour without interruption - A reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a computer - A PayPal account for receiving task-based payments - Comfort with self-employed status and self-declaring earned income
