About this role
Role overview Contribute to AI language development through natural, live Bengali conversations. This is a task-based remote opportunity with no fixed schedule or minimum hours, allowing you to review each assignment’s time estimate and pay before participating.
Responsibilities - Join video conversations with other fluent Bengali speakers and discuss everyday subjects naturally. - Maintain a relaxed, flowing dialogue without scripts or prescribed answers. - Allow conversations to be recorded so AI systems can study authentic speech, tone, and cultural nuance. - Complete a short Bengali language assessment before accessing available tasks. - Decide independently which posted assignments to accept and how much work to undertake.
Requirements - Full fluency in Bengali, including the ability to converse naturally across everyday topics. - Fluent English for reading instructions, reporting, and completing the assessment. - Comfort speaking with unfamiliar participants in a live video-call setting. - A quiet space with a reliable internet connection, good-quality headphones, and a clear microphone. - A friendly, easygoing manner and confidence sustaining spontaneous conversation.
Nice to have - Experience in teaching, interpreting, customer service, linguistics, or another communication-focused field.
