Role overview A freelance, home-based opportunity exists for domain specialists to contribute to AI model training and evaluation on a paid, per-task basis. Successful candidates join a vetted participant pool and are matched with self-contained research assignments from external AI developers and researchers. The work is fully remote, flexible, and treated as self-employment.

Responsibilities - Complete AI training tasks that involve analyzing, editing, and writing high-quality annotations. - Critically judge the outputs and behaviors of AI models against task criteria. - Provide the human feedback signal that helps improve cutting-edge AI systems. - Take and pass a short 10–15 minute skills verification test as part of onboarding. - Finish individual research tasks, with the longest running up to one uninterrupted hour.

Requirements - Verifiable hands-on experience as an AI trainer or on comparable AI training tasks. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on complex work for up to an hour. - A fast, reliable internet connection and a working computer. - Willingness to engage as a self-employed contractor and self-declare earnings. - A PayPal account for receiving payments from clients.
