Role overview Specialists are sought for a paid, freelance AI training engagement that supports external research teams building and refining modern machine learning systems. Responsibilities - Work through AI training assignments that involve analyzing, editing, and producing annotations. - Assess how well AI models perform on defined tasks and submit structured judgments. - Supply the kind of human feedback that helps researchers improve model behavior. - Complete the initial 10–15 minute screening test that gates access to the participant pool. - Deliver individual tasks, some of which require up to an hour of continuous, focused work.

Requirements - A track record of professional AI training experience or equivalent task-based expertise. - Detail orientation and the stamina to concentrate on complex prompts for extended stretches. - A reliable high-speed internet connection plus a suitable computer. - Comfort being paid as a self-employed contractor, including self-declaring earnings. - A PayPal account set up to receive task-based payments.
