Role overview An AI research data platform is looking for experienced AI training specialists based in or near Alicante, Spain to support the development of frontier machine learning models. Contributors join a self-employed participant pool and complete focused, paid assignments that generate the human feedback researchers need to evaluate and improve model behavior. The work is fully remote and structured around short, flexible tasks.

Responsibilities - Complete AI training assignments involving analysis, editing, and writing of structured annotations - Judge AI system performance across varied prompts and provide clear, useful feedback - Spot inaccuracies, biases, or unsafe outputs and flag them for the research team - Produce high-quality labeled data that improves the accuracy and alignment of new models

Requirements - Demonstrable professional experience as an AI trainer or in annotation, data labeling, or model evaluation - Willingness to take a short 10–15 minute skills verification test before joining the pool - Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex tasks for up to one hour at a time - A reliable internet connection and access to a suitable computer - A PayPal account for receiving per-task payments - Comfort operating as a self-employed contractor and self-declaring earnings
