Role overview This position supports the development of more nuanced language models by harnessing native-speaker judgement of written Bosnian. Participants work as independent evaluators, reading AI-generated text samples and judging how naturally they read compared to authentic human writing. It is a task-based, remote opportunity well suited to detail-oriented bilingual readers, linguists, or translators who can dedicate short blocks of focused time.

Responsibilities - Compare AI-generated Bosnian text snippets side by side and judge their quality and authenticity - Read short passages and rate how natural, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate the writing sounds - Flag phrasing that feels mechanical, mistranslated, or tonally off for the intended register - Assess whether word choice and formality match the cultural context of each sample - Tag and annotate submissions with structured feedback on tone, fluency, and naturalness - Complete individual paid tasks, often requiring roughly one hour of uninterrupted reading and writing

Requirements - Native or near-native fluency in Bosnian, with a strong command of everyday written and spoken usage - Demonstrated ability to detect subtle differences in tone, register, and word choice - Working proficiency in English to follow task instructions and submit written feedback - High attention to detail and consistent judgement across many short samples - A personal computer and a quiet workspace suitable for sustained reading and writing - A PayPal account to receive task payments
