AI Trainer - Advanced Korean Fluency (Gwangju - Remote)

Role overview

This remote, task-based role is open to advanced Korean speakers who want to influence how modern AI systems handle the Korean language. Selected participants join a curated pool of domain experts and earn per-task compensation for training, reviewing, and rating model behaviour. The work is fully online and self-paced within agreed task windows.

Responsibilities

- Work through AI training assignments involving Korean text analysis, editing, and original writing. - Review AI-generated responses and rate them for accuracy, fluency, and helpfulness. - Identify failure modes such as grammar errors, factual mistakes, or off-topic replies. - Maintain consistent focus during tasks that can last up to one hour. - Complete work independently while meeting platform quality standards.

Requirements

- Demonstrably advanced Korean language ability suitable for professional-grade evaluation work. - Successful completion of the platform's language verification assessment. - Detail-oriented mindset and ability to concentrate on demanding material for extended stretches. - Stable, high-speed internet plus a working computer for accessing the platform. - Self-employed classification, with responsibility for declaring own earnings. - A PayPal account set up to receive per-task payouts.
