AI Trainer - Advanced Japanese Fluency (Fully Remote- Hong Kong)

Role overview This remote contract opportunity invites advanced Japanese speakers to support the development of next-generation AI systems. Participants join a global Domain Expert pool to provide high-quality language data used by AI researchers and developers around the world. The work is task-based, self-paced, and centred on contributing advanced linguistic judgement from a Hong Kong–based location.

Responsibilities - Complete AI training assignments that involve analysing, editing, and writing text in Japanese. - Evaluate how well AI models respond to Japanese prompts and rate their output. - Provide structured feedback that helps refine model behaviour on nuanced language tasks. - Maintain focus through sessions that can run up to one hour of uninterrupted work. - Pass an initial skills verification test before being onboarded into the participant pool.

Requirements - Advanced, verifiable fluency in Japanese. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex tasks for sustained periods. - A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a personal computer. - Comfort with self-employed status and self-declaring earnings for tax purposes. - A PayPal account to receive payments. - Willingness to complete paid AI tasks that may require up to one hour of continuous focus, though many are shorter.
