Senior Product Designer

Role overview This senior product designer role focuses on shaping a marketplace platform that connects researchers with participants, while also serving customers working on AI and human-centered research. The designer will be embedded in a cross-functional squad and own the end-to-end customer experience within their domain, working iteratively from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities - Identify and solve a wide range of product problems through thoughtful discovery, definition, and design. - Shape strategy at a high level, connecting individual design decisions to the broader product vision and spotting gaps in the experience. - Build and evolve the design system and design processes to enable faster, more consistent output. - Run user research independently, partnering with consulting researchers to understand data collectors, administrators, developers, and participants. - Produce service maps, wireframes, and prototypes, then validate them through usability testing and experimentation. - Tell the story behind design decisions with clarity, helping elevate the influence of design across the organization.

Requirements - Deep systems thinking and a strong understanding of product design principles, with substantial practical experience applying them. - Proficiency with Figma and experience mapping complex systems, business processes, and information architecture. - Strong interface design skills, including visual and interactive design in dynamic contexts. - Comfort with product analytics and A/B or multivariate testing. - Experience working in fast-paced, constantly changing environments with both async and sync collaboration.

Nice to have - Knowledge of B2B and enterprise customer needs. - Familiarity with the AI tooling landscape, developer experience, and APIs. - Track record of success in a scale-up environment. - Inclusive design and accessibility experience.
