Requirements
- 5+ years of professional hands-on experience across both frontend and backend systems, preferably within a SaaS environment. - Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, including large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks. - Strong proficiency building and maintaining applications with Python and a major web framework such as Django. - Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript, including component-based architecture and state management. - Familiarity with agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) and CI/CD principles, with proven success in collaborative team environments. - Clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Nice to have
- Experience with the broader technology ecosystem, including cloud platforms, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, MySQL, and continuous integration tooling. - Prior experience mentoring engineers or contributing to technical leadership within a product team.
Benefits and work setup
