About this role

Role overview Own software features across the full stack, from user-facing components and APIs through the underlying data layer, and carry them into production. The role includes designing secure, scalable SaaS capabilities, collaborating with product partners, and helping raise engineering quality through reviews and mentorship. The position is based in Austin or Atlanta, with remote work considered for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain front-end and back-end features for SaaS applications, writing reusable, testable, well-documented code. - Work with product managers and owners to clarify business and nonfunctional requirements and turn them into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. - Review code, apply engineering best practices, and mentor less experienced engineers. - Use approved AI-assisted development tools, critically review generated code, and prepare it for production use. - Implement secure authentication and authorization for embedded reporting, including appropriate handling of tokens, keys, and sensitive data. - Support reliable reporting through monitoring, logging, testing, feature flags, and gradual deployment practices.

Requirements - At least seven years of professional full stack engineering experience, with a record of taking features from design through production. - Strong backend experience with C#, VB, and modern .NET, including ASP.NET Core; experience designing and consuming APIs. GraphQL is a plus. - Understanding of object-oriented design and SOLID principles. - Ability to learn new tools, explain technical decisions to varied audiences, and manage work effectively. - Clear written and verbal communication, initiative, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-changing environment with limited direction. - A team-oriented approach, openness to feedback, and resilience. - Authorization to work in the United States throughout employment without current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Benefits and work setup - Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus disability and life insurance options. - Retirement plan with a company match, flexible paid time off, 10 sick days, and 10 company holidays. - Paid parental and caregiver leave, healthcare navigation, wellness resources, and employee assistance support. - Remote work may be available; the listed hubs are Austin and Atlanta.
