Sr. Platform Specialist

Role overview A senior platform specialist is needed to support clinical operations IT within a healthcare organization. The role focuses on the systems and tooling that clinical operations teams rely on, helping keep platforms stable and usable for end users across the organization.

Responsibilities - Support the platforms and tools used by clinical operations and adjacent teams. - Partner with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues. - Contribute to improvements that keep clinical-facing systems dependable and well-managed.

Requirements - Senior-level experience working with platform, IT, or operations tooling in a clinical or healthcare-adjacent setting. - Comfort collaborating with clinical operations teams and other non-technical partners.
