IAM Analyst

Role overview This is an IAM Analyst position within an IT Security function supporting a healthcare provider organization. The role is fully remote within the United States and sits inside a department focused on identity and access management for clinical and administrative users.

Responsibilities - Support day-to-day identity and access management operations within IT Security. - Assist with user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management across enterprise systems. - Help investigate and resolve access-related issues reported by staff and stakeholders. - Contribute to documentation and process improvements for identity governance workflows.

Requirements - Working familiarity with core IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, and role-based access control. - Experience supporting IT Security processes in a healthcare provider or similarly regulated environment. - Comfort working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams across the United States.

Nice to have - Exposure to healthcare-specific compliance considerations such as HIPAA. - Familiarity with identity governance tools, directories (e.g., Active Directory), or privileged access management platforms.
