Role overview
Lead product design across an engagement in close partnership with technical and product counterparts. You will take work from discovery through delivery, shape usable and accessible experiences, and help create design systems that remain useful as products evolve.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process from research and problem framing through detailed design and handoff. - Collaborate closely with a tech lead and product partner to turn product needs into shippable experiences. - Build, extend, and maintain design systems, including reusable components and shared patterns. - Plan and conduct usability sessions, then translate findings into actionable product and roadmap recommendations. - Help establish a consistent design language across products delivered to customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing software products. - Strong systems thinking across components, design tokens, patterns, and accessibility. - Ability to make sound design decisions and deliver high-quality work under tight constraints. - Comfortable working collaboratively with product and engineering partners.
Nice to have
- Experience turning research and usability feedback into concrete roadmap changes. - Experience creating design systems that can be adopted and extended by other teams.
