Founding Solutions Architect

Role overview Guide prospective customers from understanding their machine-learning workloads through technical validation and production architecture. You will work directly with customer engineers to benchmark real workloads, develop proofs of concept, and show how an infrastructure design can meet practical performance and cost goals. The role combines hands-on technical work with customer engagement and is intended to establish the solutions architecture function.

Responsibilities - Discover how customers train and serve models, including their compute needs and workload constraints. - Design infrastructure architectures tailored to those workloads. - Build and run benchmarks using customer workloads to assess performance and cost. - Lead proofs of concept and turn successful evaluations into production designs. - Partner with customer engineering teams throughout technical evaluations and deployments.

Requirements - Ability to understand machine-learning workloads and translate them into infrastructure requirements. - Experience designing and validating technical architectures with customers. - Ability to benchmark workloads and communicate results in terms of practical outcomes. - Strong collaboration skills for working with customer engineers and internal teams.
