Forward Deployed AI Strategy Lead

Role overview Work with strategic customers to identify valuable AI workflows and turn them into measurable model improvement and deployment opportunities. The role connects customer strategy with applied research: shaping tasks and evaluation methods, scoping technical deployments, and helping establish post-training systems that work in real settings.

Responsibilities - Engage strategic customers to understand their workflows and identify promising AI applications. - Translate customer needs into evaluation plans and post-training opportunities. - Scope technical deployments in collaboration with applied research teams. - Help customers define tasks, environments, and outcome measures for AI systems. - Connect technical delivery to customer value and commercial outcomes.

Requirements - Ability to work closely with customers and turn ambiguous needs into actionable technical plans. - Understanding of AI evaluation and post-training concepts, or the ability to coordinate work across these areas. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Strategic judgment in identifying workflows where AI systems can produce measurable improvements.

Nice to have - Experience with frontier AI labs, AI startups, or enterprise AI teams. - Familiarity with designing evaluations, environments, or post-training loops for real-world workflows.
