Senior Business Analyst

Role overview Map and improve operational workflows across clinical and business teams, then turn agreed processes into practical software solutions. The role combines business analysis, process governance, stakeholder facilitation, and hands-on development using Salesforce’s low-code capabilities. You will work across product, engineering, sales, and operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities - Lead process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization from initial analysis through updated procedures. - Create enterprise process maps and work instructions; identify bottlenecks, risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve. - Set process governance standards and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on operational needs. - Build and deliver Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality, managing work from idea through deployment and adoption. - Advise engineering teams on Health Cloud practices and collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners. - Define KPIs and service levels, support continuous improvement, and investigate root causes to implement corrective actions.

Requirements - Four to five years of experience in business analysis or process improvement. - Proven ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and represent the needs of varied stakeholders. - Experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, and security configuration. - Understanding of healthcare data and API standards such as HL7 and FHIR, along with health data access controls. - Experience integrating Health Cloud with external systems and migrating existing processes into Salesforce. - Ability to uncover the underlying need behind requests and prioritize accordingly; familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
